Some of the activities will have the
opportunity for you to use an exercise mat. If
you have a yoga/Pilates/exercise mat that
you can bring with you, this would be
advantageous. Some mats will be available.
Anything that you can bring to make you
comfortable during the activities would be a
good idea. You will be taking your shoes off
for some of the activities, so a warm pair of
socks would be a good idea. We will have
some blankets, cushions and eye masks for
you to use but if you have some that you would like to bring and can manage it, it will
mean there are more to go round.
